Luke Chang graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. He is certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He uses a multifaceted approach in patient care and wellness with an emphasis on active rehabilitation and exercise and believes in empowering clients to take control of their injury. His approach includes ConnectTherapy, manual therapy, acupuncture, functional dry needling/IMS, various treatment modalities, exercises and promoting independence and understanding through education to help provide the best results for each patient.


Luke has over ten years of clinical experience in both a hospital and private practice setting. He has gained experience treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accident clients, Worker's compensation/occupational rehabilitation, neurological conditions and cardiac rehabilitation. Luke is fluent in English and conversational Cantonese.


Luke enjoys spending time with his young family on the off days. Road cycling, craft beer and perfecting his technique in making crispy pork belly are some of his interests.

Jennifer Liu, B.Sc. PT MCPA CAFCI (Acupuncture)

Registered Physiotherapist, Pelvic Floor Therapist

Jennifer Liu graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. She has her acupuncture designation from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and she has taken various manual therapy courses. Jennifer also received additional training in ROST therapy which is a technique used to treat sacroiliac pain during pregnancy. She has recently completed training in the treatment for pelvic floor conditions like incontinence and tailbone or pelvic pain.

Currently she treats injuries and pain related to motor-vehicle accidents, work accidents, osteoarthritis, degenerative changes, pelvic floor rehabilitation and recreational sports, just to name a few. Jennifer is fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin.

Jennifer has had the privilege of volunteering in Asia with several medical aid organizations to provide physiotherapy to children in orphanages, as well as to adults who suffered from burn injuries. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her young family, trying new recipes, drinking coffee, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Office Administrator

Eva has enjoyed working at the clinic for over 20 years. Her goal is to help make our patients visits as seamless as possible. On her off time, she enjoys exploring farmers markets and enjoy cheering for her favorite football and race car teams. Go Seahawks! 

Jenny Chow

Office Administrative Assistant

Jenny is a part-time Office Administrative Assistant with a MOA certificate. She enjoys coffee and doing d.i.y projects. On her off days, she likes to relax. But she hardly has any days off as the Oakmont staffs would call her a “workaholic”.
