When we leave injuries going on for too long, the body has a hard time differentiating further damage that may be happening. Our warning system is now dysfunctional.

This leads to other injuries or the problem area getting worse. More injuries and problem areas leads to a longer rehabilitation and healing process.

Your body will alert you of pain but it won't tell you to get help for it.
