Do you have knee pain?

Do you feel something blocking you from getting into the deep squat? Does your knee feel like it's going to give out? Do you feel a grinding sensation (and pain)? Do you feel uncomfortable pressure in your kneecap?

Answering YES to one or more of the above might mean you have a knee injury. This deep squat test, as well as getting into a kneeling position, is a good indicator.

Knee injuries left untreated can accelerate degenerative changes in the knee joint. Over time, this can potentially increase chances of osteoarthritis (arthritis of the bone).

So don't wait.

If you feel pain, book an appointment!
